Business Analysis Associate
I hold a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and have been with Crew for 2 years. Currently, I am consulting on an SAP deployment project at 3M as part of the data conversion team. My primary focus is managing the Material Master object in SAP. Over the past two years, I’ve contributed to several plant deployments, concentrating on material master data delivery, cleansing, and validation to ensure smooth transitions into SAP. Daily, I collaborate closely with local plant teams to validate their data, ensuring it aligns with SAP and 3M’s business requirements.
What I enjoy most about consulting, especially on this project, is the constant opportunity to grow and acquire new skills. My client managers have encouraged me to explore other SAP data objects beyond my primary responsibilities, which has broadened my expertise and allowed me to take on diverse challenges.
A new and rewarding experience this past year has been my participation in the Turnberry Mentoring Program. I was fortunate to be paired with a supportive mentor, Erik Gilomen, who has offered invaluable career guidance and helped me refine my skills as a Turnberry Crew consultant.
Collaboration is the highlight of my workday. Working alongside other Turnberry Crew consultants on the data conversion team at 3M is both productive and inspiring. Sharing insights and learning about their experiences has been a great way to grow professionally while enjoying the journey together.
