Business Analysis Senior Associate

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, India, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. I’ve been with Crew for over two years and currently serve as an analyst on the E2E Product Data Concierge Team at Kenvue (previously Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health). My role involves fulfilling data and custom report requests from diverse functions, catering to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Our team has significantly added value by becoming a one-stop shop for all data needs across the organization!

I enjoy consulting because it offers me the opportunity to collaborate with people from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds, which provides continuous learning. As a Crew consultant, I’ve gained valuable experience in various industries, including financial services and consumer packaged goods (CPG).

My favorite Crew training has been Dashboard in a Day—it really helped me unlock the full potential of BI tools. Beyond my daily work and learning, I’ve created lasting memories with Crew, especially during events like the in-office Crew First Fridays and last year’s ERG Summer Social event in Minneapolis.
