Project Management Associate
I hold a bachelor’s degree in information systems with a focus on cybersecurity and a business minor from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. I began my journey with Crew as a Project Management Associate in March 2022. Currently, I am managing three consultant projects with the guidance of my leaders. These projects include eMaint, a software for managing maintenance tasks, Bank Integration and Standardization (BIS) using SAP, and IT infrastructure integration for Biarri Networks.
One of my favorite parts of the workday is dedicating an hour or two to organize everything — from my thoughts to the files related to each project. I take pride in maintaining a tidy file system and a clear mind.
This year, I introduced a new routine of recording Teams meetings. This has created a valuable backlog of recordings and transcripts that I can review or refer to in case any project faces issues down the line. Outside of work, I’ve started MMA classes to stay in shape since I stopped playing ice hockey. It’s been an exciting and fresh experience!
What I enjoy most about being a consultant with Crew is the diversity of projects I get to work on, allowing me to learn different systems and contribute insights that genuinely make an impact. One of my best memories in the Crew program was attending a social event in Raritan, New Jersey, where I had the opportunity to connect with fellow consultants and peers.
