Business Analysis Associate

I graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina in May 2022. Shortly after, I joined Crew as a Business Analysis Associate. In my current role, I work closely with the Salesforce business and legal services teams, partnering with law firms across the country to implement case management and accounting software within Salesforce. My daily responsibilities include customizing user experiences, automating workflows, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), addressing support requests, and engaging with clients. Outside of work, I love playing golf and pickleball, as well as hiking along the Blue Ridge Parkway when I visit my parents in western North Carolina. What I enjoy most about consulting is building strong relationships with clients and seeing how our solutions enhance their efficiency and workflows. I also appreciate the collaborative nature of working with other Salesforce team members to meet our clients’ unique needs.
