I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with double majors in Communication Studies and Spanish. Since joining Crew in January 2022, I’ve been working with AstraZeneca as a Project Manager/Scrum Lead in the global IT sector. In these projects, my teams are developing and enhancing patient experience platforms that serve patients and healthcare providers across Europe, Australia, and Vietnam.

What I love most about consulting is the flexibility it offers, allowing me to explore new roles, opportunities, and projects. With Crew, I’ve had the chance to leverage my growth and the certifications I’ve earned through Valtree Corporation to quickly adapt and excel in new areas where I might not have initially been the ideal fit.

One of my favorite memories as a Crew consultant was the opportunity to travel across the country and to the United Kingdom with my client. I was invited to participate in an in-person project go-live and attend a team summit where I expanded my network and strengthened professional relationships. I really enjoyed connecting with people in person who I usually communicate with online. There’s so much you can learn from someone over a simple cup of coffee!
