Our solution
From the outset, Crew has focused on recruiting from a wide range of racially diverse colleges, both locally and nationally, to ensure our candidate pool is extensive and diverse enough to attract top talent. On a national scale, we have a strong presence at HBCUs and other highly diverse institutions, with women consistently representing around 60% of all Crew hires.
Building on this foundation, our team collaborated closely with the client’s hiring managers and HR department to explore their corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. We identified areas for improvement and developed a strategy utilizing Crew’s expertise to source and retain the best diverse talent.
