Project Management Associate

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineering from Cornell University and joined Crew in February 2022 as a Project Management Associate.

Currently, I’m focusing on strategic initiatives for Kaiser Permanente, a leading healthcare company. What I love most about consulting is the diverse experiences it offers and the range of people I collaborate with. Each project presents a fresh challenge, and there’s always something new to learn or someone new to connect with. I’ve also taken advantage of Crew’s training programs, including the SCRUM Master Certification course, and I particularly enjoy any training led by Bonnie Baldus. She brings a unique depth to each session she leads.

My favorite moment each day is the first hour, when I catch up on emails with a cup of coffee in hand. A standout memory at Crew for me was the first time I worked alongside my team in person after months of Zoom meetings—it was truly a great experience to connect face-to-face.

A fun fact many people don’t know about me is that I grew up on a horse farm and still occasionally work as a farrier, trimming hooves and putting shoes on horses.
