After 12 weeks with another consultancy, no progress had been made, leaving the client frustrated. Still lacking the necessary Salesforce expertise, our client required a trusted Salesforce implementation partner to ensure a smooth and timely migration to the platform.
Our solution
Our team began with a comprehensive two-week discovery phase, which included creating process flows, ERDs, and reviewing the documentation provided by the previous consultancy. Afterward, we collaborated with the client to refine user stories, develop design documents for each feature, and conduct sprint ceremonies together to implement each feature build. This allowed us to deliver a fully customized Salesforce instance tailored to the client’s needs. We also developed the client’s environment strategy and recommended a deployment tool to streamline the deployment process for each sprint. We integrated Tableau and DocuSign with Salesforce and built an API connector to fully automate the document sending and receiving workflow. Throughout the engagement, Valtree Corporation consultants assisted in designing processes to optimize existing workflows where necessary. Finally, we supported all go-live efforts, ensuring a seamless end-user experience on both desktop and mobile, leveraging our expertise in Salesforce consulting to deliver a customized solution.
Results
All 500 users who were previously on MS Dynamics have now transitioned to the client’s Salesforce platform, offering improved visibility into business operations. Manual processes, such as certification completion with signatures, have been fully automated. The integration of Salesforce data with the client’s existing Tableau dashboards has streamlined access to insights, enabling leaders to make more informed business decisions.
