The client sought to enhance the ’employee journey’ across all HR functions and responsibilities. The engagement addressed people, processes, and technology, emphasizing organizational change management as both the structure and norms of the organization evolved.
Our solution
We discovered that employees were not consistently engaging with HR SMEs. There were repetitive processes in place, but they lacked standardization to manage HR service requests effectively. Both quantitative and qualitative talent assessments were necessary. Additionally, the bonus process was fragmented across departments, leading to frequent reviews and rework. We equipped HR and executive stakeholders with the necessary toolsets, empowering all departments to transition to a more streamlined, future-oriented state.
