After a major merger, the client needed to prioritize post-merger culture and stabilization while establishing a new PMO during an enterprise-wide Agile transformation. However, they lacked the internal expertise and resources to achieve this successfully.

Our solution

After being selected as one of three primary vendors to collaborate within the internal project management office, Valtree Corporation swiftly scaled its efforts onsite. The team deployed Agile coaches, conducted formal training sessions, and implemented Scrum methodologies across all teams. By fostering strong relationships with internal employees and hiring managers, Valtree gained a deep understanding of the client’s roles, resources, and culture. This proactive approach enabled Valtree to surpass the other two vendors, successfully filling over 60% of the PMO roles with talent precisely aligned to the client’s requirements. ​
