Technical Analysis Associate
I hold a double major in Computer Information Systems and Business from King’s College and have been part of Crew for the past 8 months. Currently, I’m working on an exciting project that consolidates 100 years of organizational data into one centralized system. My primary role is that of a data modeler, but my team affectionately calls me “the handyman” because I take on diverse tasks, learn on the go, and adapt to the project’s evolving needs. Right now, I’m focused on integrating GIS data into our central repository while collaborating with lead analysts, developers, and business managers to find optimal solutions.
What I love most about consulting is the constant learning and growth it offers. Every project sharpens my skills and requires me to stay informed about the latest trends, ensuring I never get complacent. This journey keeps me humbled and constantly challenged, which is incredibly fulfilling.
At Crew, I’ve had access to both traditional and unconventional learning opportunities. My mentor involves me in weekly data science meetings where I gain invaluable insights and practical tools. These sessions open up the world of cutting-edge technology, which I get to apply in my current and future projects.
My favorite part of the workday is tackling challenges with determination and knowing that by the end of the day, I’ve made significant progress, especially on the MDM project. Thursdays are a highlight for me as I get to wrap up my office day with an uplifting catch-up session with my Crew Manager.
One of my best memories at Crew has been my one-on-one sessions with my mentor, Scott Miller, who has guided and supported me immensely. A close second is the camaraderie and teamwork I experienced while contributing to various projects during my time on the Crew bench—it was a perfect mix of productivity and fun!
Outside of work, I’m passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and singing in a choir. If I could trade lives with anyone, it would be an astronaut in space—exploring the cosmos would be an incredible adventure!
