Maura Bremer Peterson has been promoted to Solution Director of Crew, Valtree’s flagship talent accelerator program. Crew launches early-career high performers into business and technology projects while providing curated training and continuous development opportunities.
Maura has been a vital part of Crew since 2015, starting as a Crew consultant before transitioning to recruiting, where she spent over six years bringing hundreds of exceptional associates into Crew. She built strong relationships with consultants and clients, driving the program to excellence. Maura’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the Crew program, and in this new role, she will closely collaborate with Valtree’s client engagement team, consultants, and clients to elevate Crew to even greater success.
