I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and will be graduating with my MBA from the University of North Carolina Greensboro this December.

Currently, I’m working as a Senior Business Execution Consultant on a project with Wells Fargo. I’m responsible for training various banking groups, including Corporate Investment Banking, on how to use nCino, a cloud-based banking platform.

One of my most memorable Crew training sessions focused on goal setting. I gained valuable insights on setting SMART goals and understanding different types of objectives. What I enjoy most about consulting is finding innovative ways to improve and streamline existing processes. This role has allowed me to collaborate with numerous individuals to enhance training and deliver a better end-user experience.
